About the role
Every dispute Efficio handles produces signal — about merchants, about cardholders, about where a fraud control failed upstream. As Product Manager for Fraud Analytics you will turn that signal into product.
You'll own the analytics and intelligence layer that helps risk teams see patterns, quantify exposure, and act before losses accumulate.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for Efficio's fraud analytics and insight products.
- Define the metrics, models, and reporting that risk and fraud leaders rely on.
- Work with data science to move models from experiment into dependable production behaviour.
- Talk to customers continuously and translate operational pain into clear product bets.
- Partner with go-to-market to make the value of the insight layer legible to buyers.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in product management, with meaningful time in fintech, risk, or fraud.
- Genuine comfort with data — you can interrogate a dataset yourself, not just request a dashboard.
- Experience shipping ML-backed or analytics-heavy products.
- Sharp prioritisation and the judgement to say no to work that doesn't compound.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences alike.
