About the role
Efficio replaces spreadsheets, ticket queues, and tribal knowledge with a real operating system for dispute operations. As Lead Product Designer you will define what that system looks and feels like.
You'll design dense, high-stakes workflows for analysts who make consequential decisions all day — where clarity, speed, and trust matter far more than decoration.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end design of core dispute workflows, from intake through decision and insight.
- Turn complex operational and regulatory constraints into interfaces people can move through quickly.
- Build and maintain the Efficio design system across product and marketing surfaces.
- Run research with risk and fraud operators, and turn what you learn into product direction.
- Partner closely with engineering to ship at a high bar for craft.
What you'll bring
- 6+ years designing complex B2B or enterprise software, ideally in fintech or another regulated domain.
- A portfolio that shows systems thinking — data-dense workflows, not just landing pages.
- Fluency in Figma and in building design systems that engineers actually use.
- Strong written communication and the ability to argue for a direction with evidence.
- Experience working directly with users to validate and refine designs.
