About the role
Efficio's Compliance Engine is what lets financial institutions prove that every dispute was handled correctly, on time, and for the right reasons. As Lead Full Stack Developer you will own that engine end to end.
You'll build the workflows, timers, and evidence trails that keep Reg E/Z and Nacha obligations airtight — and the interfaces that make them legible to risk, ops, and audit teams.
What you'll do
- Own the architecture and delivery of Efficio's compliance workflows and audit trail.
- Build product surfaces end to end, from data model through to the operator-facing UI.
- Encode regulatory timelines and obligations as configurable, testable rules.
- Partner with compliance experts to translate regulation into dependable product behaviour.
- Set engineering standards for the team and mentor other developers.
What you'll bring
- 7+ years building production web applications across the full stack.
- Strong TypeScript/React on the front end and Node.js, Go, or Python on the back end.
- Experience with regulated domains where correctness and auditability are non-negotiable.
- A track record of leading delivery for a team or a significant product area.
- Comfort working autonomously across time zones in a remote-first setup.
